You have the right to refrain from the purchase in 14 days starting from the date of receiving the package.

Just send us a resignation statement via post to our address (Sklep Craftmano ul. Szkolna 4, 62-004 Czerwonak, Poland) or via e-mail (info@craftmano.pl) in 14 days. The resignation statement can be found in the package along with the product and receipt. You should send back the product within 14 days from the purchase date.

In case of resignation, we will return the paid amount: the price of the product and the shipping cost (the cost of sending the product back to us is on your side). The money will be returned the same way it was delivered. It will be executed immediately after receiving the item being returned.
